Award-winning membership communications and commercial innovation for England’s leading conservation charity
English Heritage is the conservation charity that cares for more than 400 historic buildings and monuments across the country – from world-famous prehistoric sites and grand medieval castles to atmospheric Roman forts and a Cold War bunker. The mission of English Heritage is to bring history to life in the places it happened – by providing access to their sites, as well as running events, exhibitions and educational programmes.
We’re proud to have worked closely with English Heritage since 2015, when we won the contract to produce the charity’s Members’ Magazine. Since then, we have significantly expanded our partnership, producing a suite of award-winning print and digital membership communications.
We launched a quarterly children’s magazine and a hugely successful kids content area of the English Heritage website. We created and produce the weekly English Heritage podcast, featuring interviews with some of the history sector’s biggest names, and we have produced multiple video series for the English Heritage YouTube channel.
To help build loyalty and generate charitable income, we have also developed content monetisation strategies for the charity, including launching and managing their affiliate-driven Members’ Rewards scheme.
“We always feel confident they will come back to us with well-considered, well-executed ideas that help us to meet our strategic objectives.”
